But the day one editions of Black Flag have been patched to contain extra content. For many, the biggest bonus is the inclusion of four of the ships from the campaign in the multiplayer game. You can play as friends, your slayer, or you can play with up to three friends in the dynamic Nautlius mode. This mode features a co-op, team-based game where teams of three compete in a series of missions. If you’re in a group that’s already playing Deathmatch, you can jump into the fray. If you’ve been waiting for a chance to dominate your friends, you can finally do it. You can also play solo in the single-player Deathmatch mode.

assassin’s creed made the familiar historical setting of the crusades a little less familiar for its players. the missions are easy to follow and the ships are easy to maneuver. the multiplayer mode is short and contains almost no tutorial. the tutorial that does exist is mostly for players who have never played a game of naval warfare before. the tutorial and the tutorial missions are perfect for a first-time player to get through, but veterans can use these missions to find their way around the multiplayer.
ubisoft announced the inclusion of naval missions in assassin’s creed unity in february. the decision was made to include naval missions to „put players in the most historically accurate vessels in assassin’s creed history. from the macedonian galleys to the spanish galleons, players can fight on board these powerful ships and become a member of the assassin’s brotherhood.
in the making of assassin’s creed black flag, ubisoft added an adventure mode for multiplayer. in this mode, players can play as any of the assassins and their boats. this means that players can play as ezio, aguilar, altair, haytham, saavedro, jack, or yusuf. there are 30 different ships to choose from, ranging from the larger ships, like galleons and carracks, to the smaller ones, like the galleasses.
